By browsing our Site dedicated to professional buyers, you agree to accept this Privacy Policy. The Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

The identification information you provide to Back Market Business when you, as a professional Buyer, create an Account or place an Order on the Platform, which may include your company's legal name, your contact details such as: name, title, email address; the professional Buyer's VAT number, state-issued identification, billing and delivery address, phone numbers, username and password, bank account and payment card details, comments and survey responses, details about payments to and from you and other details about the Products and services you have purchased from us, including but not limited to questions relating to previous Orders ("Identification Information"). This Identification Information may include Personal Data, such as contact details including the first and last name of a professional Buyer or of an employee or legal representative of the Seller.
The automatic technical information that may include the web browser, IP address, time zone and location settings, the operating system and platform, as well as information about how you use our site, our products and our services ("Automatic Technical Information").
Marketing and advertising information, which may include your preferences regarding receiving marketing material from us and our third parties, as well as your communication preferences ("Marketing and Advertising Information").
Aggregated information, including statistical or demographic data that may be derived from personal data ("Aggregated Information"). In cases where the Aggregated Information may identify you directly or indirectly, it will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
